This time the appraisal & selection of the enterprise going into the innovation leading enterprise incubation library was originated from the Science & Technology Enterprise Incubation Million & Ten Million Projects Action Program launched by Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science & Technology this year, aiming to vigorously push enterprises for self-innovation, lead the innovation elements to gather in the backbone enterprises and incubate 100 innovation leading enterprises.

To incubate the innovation leading enterprise is focused on enhancing the self-innovation capacity of an enterprise, leading various innovation elements to gather in the backbone enterprises and incubating vigorously the large innovation enterprises with high brand reputation, strong core competitiveness and high industrial drive. All enterprises in the innovation leading enterprise incubation library shall be offered the integrated supports in the form of “one enterprise one policy” and “one issue one consideration". Before selection this time, the enterprise candidates were required to be the ones with large scale, high growth capacity and sales revenue over RMB5.0 billion, the product on the high-end of the industrial chain, the R&D input on the high level, the dominating products having the core proprietary intellectual property rights and self-owned brand, with continuous innovation capacity and innovation development strategy and culture, and the integrated ranking placement on the leading level at home.
