From Sept 24 to 25, 2012, All-China Federation of industry and commerce convened “the forum of nationwide private enterprises culture construction” in Beijing. On the forum, the representatives of private enterprises such as Yafei Yuan, the president of Sanpower, had respectively introduced the experiences and practices to reinforce the private enterprises culture construction. Zezhu Quan, the undersecretary of United Front Work Department of CPC Central Committee, the secretary of leading Party group and the 1st vice-chairman of All-China Federation of industry and commerce, was presented at the forum and had given important instructions.
Sanpower group luckily grew beyond the great times of reform and open, we had exactly forged the enterprise culture which corresponds to the trend of times, and consistently insisted on the core value of enterprise in practices, the philosophy both of management and principle of behaving and act, to enable the enterprise culture to offer inexhaustible impetus for the sustainable development of Sanpower. The culture of Sanpower had been summarized to 3 points. The 1st , our core value, being positive, introspective, balancing; The very reasons for every period of the development of enterprise, all of my employees and I always keep the manner of positive and upward, constantly deny and surpass ourselves, and then we had the Sanpower today. “Being introspective”, the most important methodology of the culture of Sanpower, our employees should write a “ 3 introspective” article both of errors on the job and the comprehension of thoughts every month, and only ask ourselves without any complaints. “Being balancing” is just the philosophy of “There is not promising, lack of contentment to know”. The second, our principle of behaving and act, “being honest and kind, reason, improving eyesight”; “being honest and kind” is just that “do good things to gain good fortune”. “Being reason” is just reasoning, to handle affairs according to principles not habits. “ improving eyesight” has double meanings, the 1st is “shrewd”, the second is “wisdom”, is just that seeing questions with strategy sight. The 3rd, our management philosophy, `combine the Chinese traditional Confucianism with modern western management methods`, just to enable Sanpower to be a enterprise model of “combine the Chinese traditional Confucianism with modern western management methods”. We take the operations philosophy of “based on the management both of leading by value and the management of data”, and also being taken as covers of the global CEO magazine by IBM.
