-----  Year-end Meeting of Sanpower Group 2011

Sanpower Group Year-end & Sum-up Meeting 2011 was held ceremoniously in Nanjing Youth Theatre on January 19, 2012, Mr. Yuan Yafei, the president of Sanpower Group and members of the president room of Sanpower Group, Tao Peifen (the secretary of the Party Committee of Nanjing Xinbai) and Fu Dunxun (the chairman of Nanjing Xinbai) attended the meeting; Yin Baoning, the vice chairman of Sanpower group hosted the meeting.

To sum up the past is to create the future better. In the meeting, Mrs. Yang Huaizhen, the executive chairman of Sanpower Group made “2011 Work Report” under the entrustment of Sanpower Group President Room; which comprehensively summed up the achievements achieved and shortcomings unsolved by the group and its all subordinating industrial platforms in the past one year.

As what it was pointed out by the executive chairman Yang, “the year of 2011 is the beginning year of the national ‘12^th 5-year plan’ and the turning point of Sanpower Group for next ‘5-year plan’; in this year, Sanpower Group basically realized its industrial structure upgrade and optimization, and thence has already grown into a large modern enterprise group characterized by the informatization, focusing on the modern service industry and integrated with the 5 industrial fields (business chain, e-business and logistics, information service, real estate and investment) ”. Meanwhile, Yang made the simple deployment for all works of Sanpower Group for the year of 2012. "Sanpower Group and its all subordinating industrial platforms shall do their best to make progress and continue the glorious and splendid future of Sanpower Group by focusing on its industrial planning and insisting in the leadership of the group president room cored by President Yuan Yafei in the year of 2012", emphasized by the executive chairman Yang.

In the meeting, President Yuan and the members of the group president room presented the awards to the collectives and the individuals won the titles of “Annual Excellent Team”, “Excellent Employee”, “Excellent Management” and others. The representatives who were awarded said they would sum up the advantages and shortcomings in the past and make more contribution to the leap development of Sanpower Group in 2012 with full passion and high will. Afterwards, the responsible person of every system platform of Sanpower Group signed “2012 Annual Operation Objective Responsibility Form” respectively.

Lastly, President Yuan made his ebullient speech for summing up the works in 2011 and looking into the year of 2012; after expressing his congratulation for the collectives and individuals won the awards, he emphasized that Sanpower Group achieved its ‘turn’ objective basically in the year of 2011 under the mutual effect of the whole system; in the following year of 2012, Sanpower Group shall adhere to the guide under the corporate culture of “progress, balance, self-examination, honesty and kindness, keep reasonable, keep clear eyes” to carry out all new systems, schemes and measures steadily, and then achieve to the great development objective of Sanpower Group in 2012.
