　　According to the Tibetan language, “Mozhugongka” means a town at the end of the earth. Mozhugongka is situated in the middle part of Tibet, the middle and upper stream of Lhasa River and the west of Mila Mountain, and is under the jurisdiction of Lhasa. Mozhugongka is surrounded by rivers and valleys, with vast grasslands and beautiful scenes. Mozhugongka is a “linked-city” of Nanjing City; therefore Nanjing Municipal Party Committee and Nanjing Municipal Government attach high importance on the local economic construction and development, and has already preliminarily established the operation mechanism by packing of donation and helping and support. The leader from the Nanjing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference expressed to conduct deeper communication and exchange between both cities in Future. As the friend of Mozhugongka County, Nanjing would make every effort to support and help the local economic construction.
