Chairman Yuan Yafei of the group was awarded with the honorable title of the fourth “Star of the Guangcai Programme” of Nanjing by Nanjing United Front Work Department of the CPC, Municipal Federation of Industry & Commerce, and Nanjing’s Society for Promotion of the Guangcai Programme at the Third Session of the Third Council of Nanjing’s Society for Promotion of the Guangcai Programme and the Promotion Conference of “the Guangcai Social Benefiting and Gratitude Action” on December 6. 

　　Since being awarded with Nanjing’s “Ten Excellent Stars of the Guangcai Programme” in 2005 and the third Nanjing’s “Star of the Guangcai Programme” in 2008, Chairman Yuan Yafei was re-awarded in 2010, which was the recognition of his active participation in the public welfare for many years and the approval of Sanpower Group’s great contribution in the aspects such as joining in the new rural construction, fighting with the natural disasters, helping the urban and rural poor to cast off poverty and become rich and so on.
