On November 4, the tenth member congress of Nanjing Municipal Red Cross was held in Nanjing. Yin Baoning, vice president of this group, on behalf of group attended this meeting. The CPC Provincial Committee and Standing Committee, the CPC Municipal Secretary, Honorary President of Municipal Red Cross Zhu Shanlu, President of Provincial Red Cross gave a speech on the meeting. The mayor and honorary president of Municipal Red Cross Ji Jianye issued “2006-2010 Nanjing Special Contribution to Support Humanitarian Aid Unit” to Sanpower Group and Yurun Group. At this meeting, President Yuan Yafei was elected the tenth Vice president of municipal Red Cross Council.
