　　This research aimed to investigate the medium & large sized private enterprises operation conditions, industry characteristics, business continuity management to provide data base for the analysis the development of private enterprises, study the law of development of private enterprises, understanding the difficulties and problems of private enterprises’ development. This research has made a depth analysis about the top 500 enterprises in terms of total revenue. The analysis showed that the private enterprises threshold to top 500 has been increased by 14.98%. Over the years, China’s private economy has raised its position increasingly. Its social influence was increasing as well as the social contributions.
