On December 1, China Center for Information Industry Development held ceremoniously “2011 Annaul Economic Meeting of China Information Industry” in Beijing Shangri-La restaurant, where the enterprises and individuals who make outstanding contributions in the development course of China information industry 2011 were elected. “Annual Economic Figure of China Information Inudstry 2011 is the corporate leader who leads enterprise to makes outstanding achievements and produces significant influence on the whole industry in the year of 2011”, pointed by China Center for Information Industry Development. In the past year, Chen Bin led Hisap to complete the transformation from “a single IT chain retailer” to “IT and consumer electronics chain retailer”. On one hand, Chen Bein created the smarter supply chain system, i.e.: the “short-chain direct supply” system upon the “scale-oriented, differential, professional and multi-channel” strategic deployment to hugely improve the supply chain efficiency, and thence formed wide demonstrative effect in the industry; on the other hand, Chen Bein established the new format cored by the keywords of self-support direct supply, multichannel sales, cross-industry alliance, commerce user, SME, professional service, e-commerce, “cloud” application, smart commuinication and others by comprehensivly re-establishing commerce mode, re-constructing and optimizing organization system, informatization and internal flow, talent structure and thinking mode, and thence laid a solid for Hisap for next 10 years' development.
“Having articulated thinking, decision-maker and retail expert”, this is the personal apprasial made by the IT industry for Chen Bin. Whilst Hisap obtained sound achievements for its “supply chain” and “store”, Chen Bin, knowomg deeply the importance of development opportunity, led Hisap to develop continuously without slowing down. In order to fit to the development tendency of smart information, “cloud calculation”, mobile inter-connection, digital family and commerce application and etc., as well as improve the enterprise’s professionalization level and the market’s sensitivity, Chen Bein established the “Product R&D Centre” in Beijing and Shenzhen respectively to connect with all upstream manufacturers, innovative manufacturing enterprises and innovative application enterprises to achieve R&D connection, new product connection, participate in R&D and design process of products and applied technologies, seize the industrial tendency and cusotmers’ diversified demands in advance, and then improve the technical and service strength of Hisap in the market.
