       On December 1, China Center for Information Industry Development held ceremoniously “2011 Annaul Economic Meeting of China Information Industry” in Beijing Shangri-La restaurant, where the enterprises and individuals who make outstanding contributions in the development course of China information industry 2011 were elected. Chen Bin, the chairman of Hisap was elected as “Annual Economic Figure of China Information Inudstry 2011”.

       “Annual Economic Figure of China Information Inudstry 2011 is the corporate leader who leads enterprise to makes outstanding achievements and produces significant influence on the whole industry in the year of 2011”, pointed by China Center for Information Industry Development. In the past year, Chen Bin led Hisap to complete the transformation from “a single IT chain retailer” to “IT and consumer electronics chain retailer”. On one hand, Chen Bein created the smarter supply chain system, i.e.: the “short-chain direct supply” system upon the “scale-oriented, differential, professional and multi-channel” strategic deployment to hugely improve the supply chain efficiency, and thence formed wide demonstrative effect in the industry; on the other hand, Chen Bein established the new format cored by the keywords of self-support direct supply, multichannel sales, cross-industry alliance, commerce user, SME, professional service, e-commerce, “cloud” application, smart commuinication and others by comprehensivly re-establishing commerce mode, re-constructing and optimizing organization system, informatization and internal flow, talent structure and thinking mode, and thence laid a solid for Hisap for next 10 years' development.
