In the afternoon of March 27th, the Nanjing Federation of Industry and Commerce held its Propaganda and Investigation Work Conference at Zijin Hall, Nanjing's Great Hall of the People. Participants included Mao Weihua (vice minister of the United Front Work Department of the Nanjing Municipal Party Committee, and party secretary of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce), Li Bing (Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce party member and executive vice chairman), and Zheng Dewei (Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce party member and vice chairman). A total of 22 units, including the Jiangning District Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Sanpower Group, and the Nanjing Federation of Industry and Commerce Young Private Enterprisers Association were honored as Advanced Units of Propaganda Work by the Nanjing Federation of Industry and Commerce. Yue Lei,  vice president of the Sanpower Group, spoke at the conference on behalf of the commended enterprises, and met with guests attending the conference.

Group vice president Yue Lei said that, in 2012, in the crisis-ridden environment of the global economy, it is difficult for the Chinese economy to develop as an independent entity. With both internal turmoil and external threat, the Sanpower Group, as a private enterprise, had encountered severe challenges in terms of confidence in development and strategic objectives. However, where there is challenge, there too is opportunity. In 2012, the Sanpower Group proved by its actions that “opportunity outweighs challenges”. Thanks to the hard work of all the staff, the Sanpower Group managed uncommon achievements. Vice president Yue continued to showcase the Sanpower Group’s achievements in brand construction and propaganda work in 2012 from five angles, namely that of industry position,  proposals, themed propaganda, working mechanisms, and carrier channels. His speech was welcomed enthusiastically  by both leaders and guests at the conference, and evoked loud applause.

Mao Weihua (vice minister of the United Front Work Department of the Nanjing Municipal Party Committee, and party secretary of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce) emphasized in his speech that, in 2012, while closely following the theme of “promoting the healthy development of non-public economy and the healthy development of non-public economy individuals”, the Nanjing Federation of Industry and Commerce had persisted in directing well public opinion, innovating forms of propaganda and actively increasing propoganda efforts , paying attention to the actual effect of propaganda, and powerfully pushing it forward. Each unit under the Nanjing Federation of Industry and Commerce is expected to further focus on and strengthen its propaganda work, to perfect the working mechanisms of propaganda, to reinforce the establishment of propaganda teams, to constantly progress the work's spread and influence, and to provide motivation and support for public opinion in the healthy development of the non-public economy and the healthy growth of non-public economy individuals throughout the city, so as to ensure the work of the Jiangsu Province Federation of Industry and Commerce ranks first class.
