In the morning of April 20, 2013, the Establishment Conference of the Alumni Association of the Business College of Jinling Institute of Technology has been grandly convened in No. 1 Lecture Hall of Jinling Institute of Technology. YUAN Yafei, chairman of Sanpower Group, has been offered appointment as the honorary chairman of the Alumni Association of the Business College of Jinling Institute of Technology. ZOU Yan, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Sanpower Group and director of the chairmen office, has attended the conference and accepted the letter of appointment on behalf of the chairman YUAN Yafei.

Jinling Institute of Technology is a full-time common undergraduate course college with the aim to cultivate senior applied talents. Its running history can trace back to as early as Nanjing Agricultural Technology College established in 1958. Jinling Institute of Technology has cultivated more than 23,000 undergraduates and junior college students for Nanjing City, including ZHU Jizhao, former deputy mayor, and YUAN Yafei, chairman of Sanpower Group, and these students have become the dominant force in Nanjing government departments in all levels, institutions and industries and enterprises.

The Business College is one of the secondary schools in Jinling Institute of Technology with the largest school running scale, having more than 2,400 full-time students at school and over 110 teaching and administrative staff at present.
