Recently, HP’s high-level delegation including Todd Bradley, global executive vice-president of HP, JOS BRENKEL, president in the Asian-Pacific region and Japan region of PSG, ZHANG Yongli, general manager of HP Information Industry Group of HP China (including Hong Kong region), and other companions have arrived in Nanjing and held a meeting in depth with Mr. YUAN Yafei, founder of Hisap and chairman of Sanpower Group at present, and related top managers of Hisap. It is a strategic meeting and communication with higher specification since both parties reached strategic partnership.
Both parties have made a brief review on cooperation and achievements in the field of supply chain construction, channel innovation, market development, cultural communication and information sharing in recent 10 years and opened a deep communication emphatically on topics of cloud application, cloud business and cloud service which have received much domestic attention at present. The two parties have expressed clearly that the following strategic promotion will focus on several aspects of smart IT, smart business and service to carry out global diversified and deep cooperation.
HP and Hisap have reached a strategic agreement to jointly promote smart IT cloud technology and scheme a new blueprint of business service.
With rapid development of smart IT terminal equipments particularly in smart phones and various PAD recently, all application and service with the concept of “cloud technology” have become the center of people’s attention. During the meeting, both parties invariably changed the topic to “cloud technology” and related “smart business service” field.
Todd Bradley showed keen interest in 360 degree full view experience marketing mode and all business strategy transformation within the system and channel markets carried out recently by Hisap on a national scale. He has expressed that Hisap’s innovative ability and professional advantage have been famous at home and abroad. Although in America, he has still heard a lot. Today he had the honor to pay a visit and got a more comprehensive understanding about this enterprise. Moreover, he expressed sincere admiration for the chairman YUAN Yafei’s extraordinary courage and excellent enterprise operation ability and invited him to go to HP’s headquarter in America for investigation and visit.
As a representative of outstanding Chinese non-state-owned enterprises, Hisap has upheld the management philosophy harmonizing traditional Chinese Confucianism with modern western management methodology so as to encourage the enterprise to forge ahead and innovate continuously for years and finally become the most well-known Chinese chain enterprise. Hisap’s unremitting efforts and innovations in aspects of product management, retail management, customer service and channel development for years have encouraged him and his team deeply. He emphasized that HP should cooperate with such an energetic, persistent and professional excellent enterprise, which would help HP better expand Chinese mainland market and be highly responsible for HP brand. The next step for HP is to invest more vigor to carry out deeper strategic cooperation with Hisap in the field of terminal cloud application technology, smart business and gold medal service.
During the meeting, the chairman YUAN chiefly introduced Hisap’s all work on strategy transformation, framework adjustment, supply chain reorganization and channel optimization in recent years and Sanpower Group and Hisap’s grand development blueprint in the future to the visitors. He showed welcome for the visit by Todd Bradley and other HP top managers. He pointed out that HP, as the leader in the global IT manufacturing enterprises, has advanced product R&D and production technology and certain technological advantages in domestic consumers’ character opinions and adaptability of product function applications. In nearly 10 years’ cooperation, both parties have always insisted on the principles of mutual benefit, equality and win-win. And the high-quality line that HP has always upheld coincides with the professional chain idea that Hisap has abode by. Therefore, in the following smart IT application and smart business application fields, we believe that more positive achievements will be made definitely.

It is reported that Todd Bradley led his delegation to pay the visit for the purpose of establishing deeper strategic cooperation with Hisap. In addition, he also hoped to achieve a comprehensive innovation integrating with Hisap’s current strategic transformation so as to fully increase consumer electronics and smart business’ terminal guidance and service and achieve breakthrough promotion of “cloud technology” application terminal and smart commercial business with latest products, successful experience and complete supporting application solutions.
In the meeting, Todd Bradley mentioned more than once that in the future, consumer electronics and smart business will become the direction for continuous development of the Chinese IT industry. It is because the Chinese information industry needs such developments and it also represents the Chinese IT industry’s rapid transformation for higher level. In order to ensure both parties’ cooperation more timely and effective, HP will establish a more positive and effective supply and marketing system with Hisap and rely on information platform’s advantages to achieve both parties’ cooperation and sharing in aspects of technological innovation, customer development, data analysis and commercial service. At the same time, HP also hoped to master precise market status and demand forecasting from the first line of China timely and accurately with the help of Hisap’s complete channel system so as to help HP carry out relevant technological R&D, product distribution and sales, customer service and other work.
Meanwhile, HP also promised to provide products with more competitive advantages and policy support for Hisap and the products have covered the traditional consumer electronics products with smart terminal, commercial server and complete systemized business application solutions. As important content of cooperation, Hisap together with HP will further strengthen cloud experience zone construction for HP domestic, commercial and various smart IT products in its terminal stores. Meanwhile, both parties will start more comprehensive, complete and systemized sales and services aiming at the enterprise’s application-level commercial demands, and assist HP to finish trial development for national business channel and smooth achievement of sales target. We have reasons to believe that both parties’ deeper strategic partnership will make good foundation and help each other forward for HP’s root development in China and Sanpower Group’s pathing to global 500 companies.
