Education is the foundation. As the basic carrier of early childhood education, kindergartens assume the great responsibility of nurturing the “future” of the motherland. On October 10, 2014, the advancing meeting of Nanjing Hengshan Road Kindergarten project, whose agent constructor is Sanpower Group, was held at Cenbest’s Hexi plot. Those who attended the meeting included Chairman of Nanjing CPPCC Shen Jian, Vice Mayor of Nanjing Hua Jing, Deputy Secretary General of the municipal government Mu Genglin, Chairman of Sanpower Group Yuan Yafei, as well as CEO Yang Huaizhen. Besides, General Manager of Nanjing Cenbest Fu Dunxun, President of Hirealty Liu Zhongliang were also present in the meeting.

It is reported that Hengshan Road Kindergarten is the agent construction project transiting from the supporting facilities of Cenbest’s Hexi project. Under the attention of municipal leaders of all levels, and by the joint efforts of Sanpower Group, Cenbest Group, and Hirealty, the project has finished earlier coordination, planning and design, and is about to enter the constructing stage. The kindergarten has also been repositioned, and expanded from the original 12 classes to 20 classes, including four child care classes that can accommodate more than 700 students and teachers. Besides, it covers an area of 10,000 square metres, a significant expansion compared with the original 4,000 square metres. The kindergarten will be completed next June, benefiting the residents of Hexi New Town.

Yang Huaizhen, CEO of Sanpower Group, said in her speech that the Group was greatly honoured to contribute its modest strength to the development of early childhood education. The Group will strictly control the quality of construction, so as to build a kindergarten that can enhance the quality of Nanjing’s early childhood education, improve the educational level, and thereby have an important significance for the development of the whole city’s education cause.
