On October 21, the Double Ninth Festival, a cool autumn breeze blew while a new caring community service warmed the hearts of residents. In response to the development of smart community services by Jinpeng’s enterprise-level businesses and the implementation of a community O2O (online-to-offline) model, the Jinpeng Community Service Station has been set up and has started work in Huaying Community, Yuancun, Tianhe District, Guangzhou. The official opening of the Huaying Community Service Station marks a big step forward in Jinpeng’s development of new smart community service models.
The Jinpeng Community Work Service Centre was founded in 2014. With a service ethos based on the belief that science and technology makes life smarter and happier, the centre integrates governmental and community resources to provide services to support people’s livelihoods based on scientific and innovative community work methods. The service is based on the smart community cloud platform developed within the Jinpeng system. On the opening day, the centre attracted a large number of community residents. Over 300 people eagerly registered as members to have their information collected, demonstrating their acceptance of and high expectations for the new community service model.
Heads and officials from local government accompanied by Su Quan, Vice President of Guangzhou Jinpeng and Xiang Yansheng, General Manager of Jinpeng Smart Community, visited the service station and experienced the high quality service provided by Jinpeng Community. Xiang Yansheng introduced the overall plans for Jinpeng smart community as well as the content of the services provided through the cloud information platform and Jinpeng Community Service Station. Government heads praised the Jinpeng station and expressed their hope that Jinpeng would make full use of its strengths to provide high quality service for community residents. Leaders of the street office and members of the residents’ committee of Huaying community left their names on the signature wall as a memento.
The implementation of the innovative Jinpeng Community Service Station model provides precious experience for Guangzhou Jinpeng to build upon as it opens more service stations. It also offers a good basis for the further development of smart community services, and offers a good role model for communities to develop safe, healthy, convenient and harmonious communities.
