On January 15, 2016, the Award Ceremony of the Yangcheng Cultural Caravan Driving through Communities and the Fourth Campaign of Guangdong Top Ten Harmonious Communities was held to great pomp in Poly Garden, Guangzhou. This activity featured a caravan driving through communities, directed by the Committee for the Construction of Spiritual Civilisation of Guangdong Province’s Office, Communist Youth League Committee of Guangdong Province, Guangdong Women’s Federation and Bureau of Civil Affairs of Guangzhou Municipality, was jointly held by Yangcheng Evening News Group, Guangdong Property Management Industry Institute, GZSW and Guangzhou Volunteers’ Union with the support of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Yuexiu District and several other organizations.

This awarding ceremony awarded five separate honours, including the Guangdong Top Ten Harmonious Communities, Great Property Management Company, Excellent Project, Outstanding Organization Award and NGO Partner. Guangzhou Yuehua Property Co., Ltd. was named a “Great Property Management Companies” and “Guangdong Top Ten Harmonious Communities” thanks to its excellent entrepreneurial capacity. Leaders of various guiding units and sponsors attended the awards ceremony, delivered speeches and also gave various awards to worthy units. Yang Guoxian, current Executive President of Guangdong Property Management Industry Institute, was invited to give a speech at the awards ceremony. He also awarded medals to representatives who accepted awards for great property management companies and had a group photo taken to mark the occasion.

The campaign lasted four months, and there were 69 units and groups participating in the selection with about 100,000 people taking part. This award reflects the recognition everyone has for Yuehua Properties. Yuehua Properties will continue to contribute to building a harmonious community with both vigour and charm.
