On 29 February, Sanpower International Healthcare Management Co., Ltd. under Sanpower Group signed a tripartite agreement with Jiangsu Province Hospital and Shanghai Bennus Health Management Consulting Co., Ltd., aiming to enter the Broad Health industry together. Wang Hong, President of Jiangsu Province Hospital, Yu Ka, Chairman of Shanghai Bennus Health Management Consulting Co., Ltd., and Liu Zhenhua, Senior Vice President of Sanpower Group and Chairman of Sanpower International Healthcare Management Co., Ltd. signed the agreement on behalf of the three parties respectively.

Over the recent years, Sanpower Group has been following the fast development of the health industry and positively planning its “Broad Health” business. In 2014, Sanpower Group participated in the transformation of Xuzhou Third People’s Hospital, and used the technical advantages of Jiangsu Province Hospital to set up Xuzhou Northern District Joint-Stock Hospital.
