On 8 March, the 106th International Working Women’s Day, Jiangsu Provincial Women’s Federation and China’s leading healthcare enterprise An Kang Tong under Sanpower Group jointly launched the “96338 Smart Home Service Platform” (www. js96338.com). This O2O platform became a special gift for women in Jiangsu and will better serve women and children in the province. This platform mainly consists of five sections, namely Smart Employment, Smart Protection of Rights, Smart Living, Smart Senior Care and Smart Matchmaking. In the section of “Smart Employment”, you can find a lot of training courses organised by Jiangsu Provincial Women’s Federation and employment information which mainly involves posts for women such as maternity matrons and housekeepers. Meanwhile, a rich variety of senior care services and products are presented in the section of “Smart Senior Care”.

As introduced, the “Hao Su Sao” (good homecare workers) service platform established by Jiangsu Provincial Women’s Federation mainly provides offline services for women relying on about 130 offline service stations across 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu. The 96338 Smart Home Service Platform not only puts the services of “Hao Su Sao” on line, but also further improves its service content by adding two important service items, namely rights protection and employment. Through online order receiving and offline integration of entity services, the provincial platform can be connected to the service centres of cities, counties and subdistrict communities, so as to create a modernised, standardised, internet-based and information-based brand new home service form.
