This inspection tour of Chairman Yuan Yafei showed the Group’s concern for the Xuzhou Sanpower Plaza Project. Standing before the sand table of the project, the chairman asked detailed questions about the facade brightening work and gave important instructions and suggestions. He required the relevant department to combine actual demands with planning and design of the project in the facade design and construction, so as to achieve both the best visual effect and the highest project quality.

During this inspection tour, Feng Aijun, General Manager of Hirealty Xuzhou Branch, made a report on the metro planning, the entrance site selection and other major issues. Chairman Yuan Yafei noted that how to coordinate this project and the metro construction in Xuzhou was his biggest concern. He made important arrangements and required the relevant department to well complete the coordinating work and minimise the impact of the metro construction on the project.

Looking at the endless streams of people and vehicles on Jinshan Road, Chairman Yuan Yafei said, "The regional influence of our Sanpower Plaza will be inestimable!" With the arrival of seven world-class stores, namely the British quintessential department store House of Fraser the world's largest toy store Hamleys, the American novelty chain store Brookstone, the world-class aquarium, China Film Cinema, Funtalk Telecommunications and Hisap, and the strong support from Sanpower Group, the CUMT shopping district will become another commercial centre of Xuzhou.

Through this on-site inspection tour, Chairman Yuan Yafei and other leaders of the Group not only got a more direct and comprehensive understanding of the progress of the Xuzhou Sanpower Plaza Project, but also better coordinated and solved the existing problems of the project company. The staff were greatly inspired by Chairman Yuan Yafei's visit to the project site. The chairman encouraged them to make unceasing progress all together and start their future work with high spirit.
