On 21st April, Zhang Yong, District Mayor of Tianjin’s Binhai New District and Shan Zefeng, Deputy District Mayor visited Sanpower Group and held talks over investment cooperation. Zou Yan, Vice President of Sanpower Group, and Shang Hongjun, Assistant President and Director of External Cooperation Management Centre, accompanied Zhang Yong throughout the reception.

Zou Yan accompanied Zhang Yong to visit the Sanpower Home (Enterprise Culture Exhibition Hall of Sanpower Group), the Brookstone Concept Store, and Senior Care Service Command Centre and gave a detailed description of the industrial layout and the international development strategy of Sanpower Group. At the meeting, Zhang expressed admiration for the rapid growth and industrial layout of Sanpower Group and said that Tianjin’s Binhai New District is the place where transnational enterprises and large central enterprises gather, but that private enterprises have stronger innovation capacity and are the important economic development power under the New Normal, so he hopes more private enterprises invest and develop here. He also introduced the investment environment of Binhai New District and graciously invited Sanpower Group to visit Tianjin for investment.

Director of the Management Committee of the Dongjiang Free Trade Port Zone of Tianjin, Shen Lei, and other leaders also introduced cross-border e-commerce, financial leasing, fiscal preference and other policies and services in Tianjin with regard to the three “Broad Consumption, Broad Health and Broad Finance” industrial layouts of Sanpower centring on the service industry, and they hope to have in-depth talks with specific Sanpower business departments to seek cooperation opportunities.

Zou Yan said that Tianjin Port is the largest port in north China and that the Binhai New District Free Trade Zone of Tianjin has been at the forefront of financial service and cross-border trade, and has many potential fields for cooperation with Sanpower Group in international development at an accelerating pace. Sanpower is willing to maintain communications and exchange with Binhai New District and take the advantages of the Free Trade Zone for cooperation results.
