To ensure that the inspection work will be carried out in a stricter way and establish a warning and education system based on prevention, as organised by the Group’s Independent Inspection Room, Sanpower's Discipline Inspection Commission and Independent Inspection Room led 41 members consisting of senior executives, CPC members and the Party's potential members in Sanpower to pay a visit to Nanjing Detention Centre and Nanjing Rehabilitation Centre on 20 May for anti-corruption education.
Headed by Dai Keqin, Sanpower’s Deputy Party Committee Secretary and Secretary of Sanpower Discipline Inspection Commission, and Yan Jianping, Director of Sanpower’s Independent Inspection Room, the team for anti-corruption education activity first arrived at Nanjing Detention Centre and had a discussion with the disciplinary officers. The anti-corruption education was carried out there based on typical cases.
After that, the team came to Nanjing Rehabilitation Centre. In the exhibition hall for education on drug control and the dispensary, the head of the Rehabilitation Centre introduced the visitors to knowledge of various drugs as well as the harm drugs would do to families and society. The participants watched the anti-drug video and were introduced to the medical staff’s efforts to remove plenty of sores for HIV-positive drug addicts despite the risk of getting infected.
At last, as the representative of the team, Dai Keqin signed his name on the warning book titled “Cherish Life and Say No to Drugs” to show Sanpower employees’ determination to refuse drugs.
We all believe this anti-corruption education activity is a visually impressive, vivid and profound event, moving and persuading. Serving to educate and warn, it has prepared our staff for resistance to corruption and decay. With warning examples of violation of law, the activity tells us to strictly abide by the Communist Party of China 52 Code of Ethics, always keeping disciplines and rules in mind, enhancing self-discipline, sticking to our principles and never crossing the line.
