Jing Tian Invited to Attend the Event for Celebrating the 10th Anniversary of Sino-British University Cooperation and Share the Company's Experience of "Going Out"

With continuous progress in "the Belt and Road", enthusiasm of Chinese enterprises in "going Out" surges, boosting the overseas layout of Chinese enterprises and drawing wide attention of both Chinese and international academic circles. On May 13, in order to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the cooperative business school with Nanjing University of Finance & Economics, University of Exeter Business School, a famous UK school, specially invited Jing Tian, Vice President of Sanpower Group to share his thoughts on Sino-British economic trade relations and opportunities and challenges in the merger of Chinese and British enterprises.



With the theme of "Sanpower's Overseas Activities Under the Economic New Normal", Jing Tian introduced to attendees the development of Sanpower Group since 1993, focusing on the vigorous overseas mergers& acquisitions in the past three years as well as diversified layout such as new health and new consumption. The merger and acquisition of British House of Fraser as an example, Jing Tian has analyzed both challenges and opportunities during cooperation of Chinese and British enterprises against the backdrop of "golden age" for both countries. Jing Tian also has had an in-depth discussion with Bill Peng, Head of Accounting in University of Exeter Business School, of management of overseas enterprises in Chinese market after the merger and acquisition.
