On July 12^th, the PPP project of the engineering of Security and Protection System (Skynet Project Phase Ⅱ)in Gaomi was signed in Gaomi of Shandong Province. Feng Xiaodong, the Vice-Mayor and Chief of Public Security Bureau of Gaomi, and JiaHao, the General Manager of Jinpeng signed the contract on behalf of each side. Relevant leaders from Finance Bureau, Center of PPP, Public Security Bureau, Auditing Bureau, Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Urban Management and Law Enforcement Bureau and Legislative Affairs Office of Gaomi attend the signing ceremony. 

Jinpeng has recently won the bid of  “Gaomi Engineering of Security and Protection System (SkynetⅡ) PPP Project”, a national PPP demonstration project with its experience, strength and advantages in investment, construction, and operation of the  smart urban information systems. The project will cover the main roads and residential areas of the city, including front-end system construction, central construction and the reconstruction of secondary platform and supporting facilities. The project will add 100 public security checkpoints, 50 E-police checkpoints , 4800 road monitors and 20 high point monitors, realizing  a full coverage of Gaomi’s monitoring system. In the meantime, 31 Phase I E-police will be reconstructed and 39 Phase II E-police will have reverse snapshot system installed to fully update the E-police monitoring platform, improve management of road safety and establish the secondary platform with supporting systems in 24 local police stations.

 

The project cycle of this PPP project is 15 years and the total investment is over 1 billion RMB. The project aims to improve the level of security and protection, public roads security in Gaomi city and safeguard civilian’s lives and property.
