Yesterday, Sanpower Group signed the strategic cooperation agreement with Jiangsu Province Hospital, and the two sides will carry out strategic cooperation in terms of business cooperation, technical support, resource sharing etc. in Sanpower Group's medical care, aged care, health etc. fields. Under the agreement, Jiangsu Province Hospital will provide deep support for and all-round cooperation with Sanpower Group and its subsidiaries in terms of the related businesses in the fields of healthcare, aged care, physical examination etc., and send staff to the cooperative hospitals within the system of Sanpower Group and its subsidiaries. Among them Xuzhou Third People's Hospital (Tumour Hospital) will be run jointly by Sanpower International Healthcare Management Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Province Hospital; Jiangsu Province Hospital will appoint Vice Director to the hospital; The backbone healthcare team with professional qualifications and titles (regularly shifted) will maintain a permanent presence in Xuzhou Third People's Hospital, and participate in business development and subject construction of the hospital.
This cooperation model will hopefully expand to other hospitals that Sanpower Group and its subsidiaries acquire in the future and aged care services businesses; The two sides will further explore cooperation and incentives in terms of business cooperation, technical support, and resource sharing.
