On July 3, Hirealty organized a large opening show activity for the top-grade villa project, i.e.: Shuangshui Courtyard in Nanjing Dongjiao State Guesthouse; where Mr. Qian Wenzhong, the famous speechmaker of “Lecture Forum” was invited to Nanjing to tell the public the cultures of the Republic of China.

　　At 3:40pm, the activity was opened officially. Xiao Yong, the executive chairman of Hirealty made the welcome speech and opened the activity curtain in the form of “Start phonograph”. After the melody of the Republic of China turned on, the alternating customs of the Republic of China added radiance and beauty each other, and the maiden of the Republic of China, wearing the beautiful cheong-sam and holding an oil-paper umbrella, went to the stage. At that moment, the scene brought all people back to the capital of the Republic of China a hundred years ago. 

　　Following, a wonderful sand painting show made all people get baptized, “the rich are polite, the noble are civilized, the respected people are full of passions and the elegant people have ambitions”, which shows the polite and courtesy culture of Chinese people in the Republic of China.

　　The on-going program created sound atmosphere for Mr. Qian Wenzhong to start speech. Guided by “what does Chinese people lack”, Mr. Qian Wenzhong narrated the story of the “truly great men of the period of the Republic of China” to link the people with the residential house together. Nowadays, the Chinese people enjoy the rich material life, but the big crisis to Chinese people is the confusion of sense of happiness; which shows the unavailability of “spiritual civilization construction”. In the lengthy process of the history, the people in the period of the Republic of China had profound knowledge of sinology, just like Lu Xun, Zhang Ailing, Xu Zhimo, Lu Xiaoman and the other persons we heard many times. The materials selected elaborately, special courtyard layout and environment design of Shangshui Courtyard aroused the people the mood to recall the family-style life of the people in the period of the Republic of China.

　　Aiming to rejuvenate a times, Hirealty follows the concept of “absorbing the essence of the traditional Chinese architecture” to construct villa.
