　　(Reporter: Shen Haiyang / Zou Yan) Recently, Miao Helin, the chairman of Nanjing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (C.P.P.C.C.）made local investigation in Sanpower Group, visited the headquarters of Sanpower Group and its subordinating enterprise of Hisap Mall, and had an informal discussion; Liu Jian and Bao Yongan, the deputy chairman of Nanjing Municipal Committee of C.P.P.C.C. accompanied.

　　Founded in Nanjing in 1993, Sanpower Group has now become a large modern enterprise group featuring in information and focusing on modern service, and holding multiple enterprises, for instance Hiteker, Nanjing Xinbai, Hisap, Hirealty, Jingpeng Group and etc. In 2010, Sanpower has achieved an amount for RMB21.0 billion for her total assets, almost RMB40.0 billion for annual sales and RMB1.5 billion for annual tax, and has been recognized as “Top 174 of Top 500 Chinese Enterprises” by China Enterprise Confederation and “Top 12 of Top 500 Chinese Private Enterprises” by Federation of Chinese Private Entrepreneurs and China Statistics Association; currently there are almost 20,000 employees in Sanpower Group.

The private enterprises must grow bigger and bigger, where the key is the work related to concept transformation, business mode transformation, organization structure transformation and talent structure transformation. Sanpower Group should achieve development upgrade upon the ‘4-transformation’, and then gradually expand the business to the fields of e-Business, informatization service and modern logistics and etc. based on the existing business", said by Miao Helin.

　　Miao Helin expressed high expectations to the development of the local private enterprises in his speech. He wished the leading private enterprises, for instance Sanpower, achieve the internationalized view, concept, business mode, organization mechanism and talent structure in the period of the “12th 5-year plan”, and then become one of Top world 500 enterprises at an early date.
