　　In the afternoon of October 12, the 16th Meeting of the 13th President (Chairman) Session of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce was held in Sanpower Group; Mao Weihua, the deputy director of United Front Work Department of municipal Party committee and Secretary of Party Committee of Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce made an important speech; Cheng Xiaowei, the deputy chief of the Municipal Commission of Development and Reform made a systematic analysis on the economic situation at home and abroad; all participants exchanged comments on the current economic situation of our municipality and formed some active comments and suggestions. Li Bing, the member of Party Committee of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce and the vice standing chairman of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, Yuan Yafei, the president of Sanpower Group and other presidents and chairmen participated in the meeting.

　　In the meeting the meeting spirit of the 23rd meeting of the 11th plenary session of the municipal Party committee was conveyed, and the judgment on the current economic situation was exchanged; all participants discussed the modes how the private enterprises in our city should transform, upgrade and expedite change to get development.

　　Mao Weihua and Cheng Xiawei conveyed the meeting spirit of the 23rd meeting of the 11th plenary session of the municipal Party committee, and expressed to deeply implement and carry out the scientific outlook on development, forge ahead in unity, keep innovating and expanding and make every effort to get success in all fields of our work; meanwhile they analyzed the macroeconomic situation of our city.

　　From the viewpoint of Yuan Yafei, the president of Sanpower Group, the economic development has its own law, namely the peak-valley development pattern. The third development opportunity to be driven by innovation and to pioneer to realize the modernization raised by the municipal Party Committee has the sense of historical responsibility and is very timely. The private enterprise must follow the CPC, understand deeply the strategic deployment of Party Committee and government, make correct choice and achieve the survival and development in the complicated economic situation. 

　　Wang Yong, the president of Nanjing Sanhome Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, Chen Jun, the president of Jiangsu EASTIDE Group and Fu Shubing, the president of Jiangsu Xinxin Investment & Guaranty Group Co., Ltd. made speech on the topics of the private economic development situation of our city and the preferred countermeasures.

　　It is generally accepted that the economy of our country, though there are some new situations and new problems in some areas, but are sound basically, and the economy of our country develops steadily, the employment situation is better and the financial system is maintained stably. All participating president (chairman) enterprises are preferred to make strategic analysis on the current macroeconomic situation, take countermeasures, seize the initiative of sustainable development of enterprise, and then play the demonstration role in the balanced and healthy development of the private enterprises in our city.
