Chairman Miao Helin of Nanjing Municipal Committee of C.P.P.C.C. Investigated Sanpower Group

  In the afternoon of August 2, Miao Helin, the chairman of Nanjing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (C.P.P.C.C.)and his entourage went to Sanpower Group to guide the work. Yuan Yafei, the president of Sanpower Group accompanied Miao Helin and his entourage to visit Hisap Shanxi Road Store, Hisap Exhibition Room, introduced the development course of Sanpower Group and reported the recent innovation made by Sanpower Group on enterprise management, business mode, operation mode and the recent achievements made on the deep integration of informatization and industrialization, the collaborative development of the advanced manufacturing industry and the modern service industry, as well as the construction of brand quality.   

  In the informal discussion meeting, the chairman Miao Helin expressed his affirmation on the development achievements of Sanpower Group in recent years, and expressed his ardent expectations to the future development of Sanpower Group. He pointed out Sanpower Group should do good job for "four transformations" whilst growing bigger and bigger, i.e.:

  Firstly it is the concept transformation. Sanpower Group must have an internationalized view and establish an open-minded large enterprise group; secondly it is the business mode transformation. Chairman Miao expressed his affirmation on the e-Business mode, i.e.: www.huimai100.com , a mode and website created by Sanpower to overthrow the traditional computer city mode; thirdly it is the organization structure transformation. The transformation from the traditional business to the newly emerging business needs to be supported by the successful transformation of structure and system mechanism; fourthly it is the talent structure transformation. The construction of the back-office, logistics and network need all kinds of high-end talents. Sanpower can take advantages of Sanpower College of Administration to train employees and adopt other multiple ways to improve the talent structure. 

  Miao Helin wished Sanpower to achieve four key transformations and achieve the internationalized view, concept, business mode, organization mechanism and talent structure in the period of the “12th 5-year plan”, and then expedite to grow into a large enterprise group with the international competitiveness and become one of Top world 500 enterprises at an early date.
