Sanpower Group held Management and Control Informationization Project Implementation Initiation Conference in the evening on February 16, over forty persons such as Chairman Yuan Yafei, Executive Vice President Yang Huaizhen, the leaders of Group President Office, Vice President Lu Wei of Digiwin Software Co., Ltd., General Manager Chen Qinghua of Shanghai DataCvg Co., Ltd., the project managers and members of both parties presented this initiation conference, which was presided by Ren Jianhong, the vice president of the group.

　　Vice President Lu Wei of Digiwin Software and General Manageer Chen Qinghua of Shanghai DataCvg on behalf of the project partners made brief introduction to the implementation objectives, scope and plans of Collaborative Office System and EPM System. Then Executive Vice President Yang Huaizhen supplemented the demand survey works, hoped the implementing parties can give more hints and make more suggestions during the survey period, and told us on the basis of the successful application cases and advanced experiences leading in the industry: How shall we do? How shall we do better?

　　Chairman Yuan Yafei extended warm welcome to Digiwin Software and Shanghai DataCvg participating in the informatization project of Sanpower Group on behalf of the Group President Office and gave five instructions: firstly, Sanpower Group couldn’t realize the objective of its sustainable development by only depending on administrative orders at the present scale, it shall rely on systems to ensure logic, systematic, comprehensive and process enterprise management; secondly, the enterprise’s sustainable development inherited a kind of spirit, the informatization system shall represent this enterprise spirit, which was the content of the construction of the enterprise culture; thirdly, the systems shall be planned scientifically, and shall turn the existing experience into professional knowledge and inherit it; fourthly, empiricism shall be objected and cultivation of practice knowledge shall have processes, data and methodologies; fifthly, the thoughts shall be armed by the systems, and the objective of “the integration of the thoughts, context and actions”. At last, Chairman Yuan proposed the specific employment on the project implementation, he will preside the regular project meeting every month, listen to project progress report, targets and results, and hoped the departments of the group can offer support and cooperation fully in the aspect of resource allocation of human and material resources for the project implementation.

　　At last, Vice President Ren Jianhong had great hope for the project implementation, and called on the project team members to have sense of honor and sense of responsibility and make efforts to guarantee the successful implementation of these two projects.
