Sanpower Group Discipline Inspection Commission of the CPC was established by Sanpower Group formally.

　　Sanpower Group, the leading enterprise of the private economy, set up Discipline Inspection Commission of the CPC in our city on February 27. It was the first non-public enterprise to set up the first Discipline Inspection Commission in our city. Quan Zhezhu, the alternate member of the Central Committee of the CPC, deputy minister of the United Front Work Department of the Central Committee of the CPC and secretary of Party Leadership Group and No. 1 Vice Chairman of All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce, Zhu Shanlu, the member of the Standing Committee of Provincial Committee of the CPC and secretary of Municipal Committee of the CPC unveiled the nameplate and gave speeches. Qian Jihong, the member of the Standing Committee of Municipal Committee of the CPC and minister of the United Front Work Department, Long Xiang, the member of the Standing Committee of Municipal Committee of the CPC and secretary of Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission, and Bao Yong’an, the vice chairman of Municipal Committee of the CPPCC and Gulou District Committee of the CPC etc. presented the inauguration ceremony.

　　Quan Zhezhu pointed out in his speech that Sanpower’s establishing Discipline Inspection Commission of the CPC was very important. Our private economy had developed gradually under the guidance of the opening-up policies of our party. A very important issue in the present development was how the ruling resources of our party will cover new economic and social organizations, which was the basic strategic issue related to the ruling of our party. Not long ago, General Secretary Wu Jintao gave an important speech at the opening ceremony of Special Seminar on Social Management and Innovation of Major Province and Ministry-level Leaders and Cadres of Party School of the Central Committee of the CPC, and mentioned strengthening the party construction works of the non-public economy several times. Nanjing Municipal Committee, Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission and Sanpower Group attached great importance and strengthened the party construction works of the non-public enterprises and explored to set up Discipline Inspection Commission of the party, which shall be fully approved.

　　Quan Zhezhu pointed out that promoting the party construction works of the non-public enterprises shall be further deepened and explored without attitude. The party construction of the non-public enterprises has the functions of promoting enterprises’ sustainable development and entrepreneurs’ self-quality. Thoughts shall be broadened to do research on and explore the healthy development of the non-public economy and non-public economy persons. For example, we shall think over, do research on and explore the issues such as how the non-public enterprises set up the party organizations, how the party construction instructors play their roles, how the branch secretaries train, what are the purposes and functions of the establishment of Discipline Inspection Commission of the CPC, and what roles shall be played by the party organizations of the private enterprises, which need our constant thinking, research and exploration. He hoped Sanpower Group Discipline Inspection Commission of the CPC can actually play its roles, and make contributions to the enterprise’s development and the personnel’s growth.

　　Zhu Shanlu pointed out that Municipal Committee had attached great importance to the “two new” organization party construction works according to the requirements and deployment of the Central Committee, made new progress and obvious effects within the period of the 11th Five-year Plan and accumulated precious experience for many years. The establishment of Sanpower Group Discipline Inspection Commission of the CPC was the first creation in Nanjing, which represented the “two new” organization party construction works of our city had new development and extension. Nanjing’s private economy development had the important historical breakthrough in recent years. There were three famous Nanjing private enterprises in top 20 and four Nanjing enterprises in top 30 among top 500. There were over 2,000 non-public above-scale enterprises and over 95% party organizations were established, the party members in the non-public above-scale enterprises exceeded 40,000, including nearly 800 employer party members. The “new two” organizations had played more important roles in developing economy and the society, safeguarding social harmony and stability, strengthening social construction, and innovating social management and had made important contributions to Nanjing’s scientific development as a noticeable force. 

　　Zhu Shanlu said, Nanjing had done three things in the aspect of the party construction of the private economy: firstly, carrying out the work requirements of the Central Committee and Provincial Committee carefully, having definite direction, firm attitude, and intensifying the party construction works of the private economy; secondly, concentrating efforts on strengthening organization and work organization in the aspect the party construction of the “new two” organizations from the actual conditions of Nanjing; thirdly, deepening the party construction works of the “two new” organizations, playing the roles of the party organizations effectively, and making the party organizations and members become the important promotion force of the enterprises’ scientific development. The party construction works were developed in some large-scale private enterprises in Nanjing deeply, and the party organizations played the roles of the fighting bastions and pioneers. Sanpower Group was the representative enterprise with important influence in Nanjing’s private economy, it took the lead in setting up Discipline Inspection Commission, which represented Nanjing’s strengthening the new development of the party conduct building works in the “two new” organizations in Nanjing’s private economy. We will emancipate thoughts, integrate with practice closely, support and help the enterprises to explore and practice actively, do better in the party construction and discipline inspection works of our “two new” organizations by constant summary, perfection and standardization.
