Sanpower Group 2010 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference was held in Youth Theater ceremoniously in the afternoon on January 21.
Yang Huaizhen, the executive vice president, gave the report on Sanpower Group 2010 Annual Works on behalf of Group President Office at the conference. The report reviewed the group’s successful transformation in the aspects such as governance structure, industrial structure, talent structure, conception of thinking and management measures etc., confirmed the development steps and working objectives of realizing “the brilliant change”, and deployed to strengthen plan budget, work cooperation, benchmarking management and enterprise culture specifically.
The winners of twelve Excellent Teams, thirty Excellent Personnel, eight Loyalty Awards, four Contribution Awards, six Excellent Management Awards, and six Excellent Party Members in the group system in 2010 were commended publicly at the conference, and the leaders of President Office granted the honorary certificates and medals to them. Zhang Qiang from Zhujiang Road Flagship Shop in Nanjing region on behalf the praised excellent team and Zhang Jialiang, the excellent manager from Hiteker AE Business Department talked about their viewpoints on receiving the awards.

Then Chairman Yuan gave the important speech for over three hours, including requirements, prospects, praise and encouragement. Everyone can feel his wisdom and strategies, and his humor and care made the conference environment become warm and relaxed. Chairman Yuan summarized the general requirements of 2010 works into one sentence: Brilliant change and forward forever. He further pointed out that the group realized the brilliant transformation in 2010 and will realize the brilliant change in 2011, and he deeply expounded “Why need to transform” “What transformation it is” and “How to change”. Chairman Yuan put forward the requirements on all the cadres, asked them to combat empiricism, understand and trust one another, break through the official-oriented consciousness with scientific attitude and abnormal spirit, strengthen the executive force constantly, and provide the powerful internal motivation to promote all the works.
This conference was held successfully. According to Chairman Yuan’s requirement, all the platforms, departments, and subordinate units shall study, understand and carry out the speech spirit deeply. An inspiring conference blew the horn of Sanpower to charge forward at the beginning of the new year, every personnel can the strong sense of spring although it snowed outside.
