After two years’ efforts, SMA (Sanpower Management Academy) helped Sanpower Group gain the award of “Top Ten Learning Enterprises of 2014” bestowed by CSTD (China Society for Training and Development). Cui Chunlan, Executive Vice President of Sanpower Group and Associate Dean of SMA, was awarded the “Top Ten Enterprise Principals of 2014”, while the “Eagles Plan” led by the academy won the eighth Business Review’s “Management Action Award of Excellence”. The above awards, which are heavyweight ones within the industry, have established a good corporate image and reputation for Sanpower Group in its transition period.

CSTD is the industry’s most influential organisation, whose appraisal for 2014 commenced with a 45-day collection of applications from thousands of companies, including a host of world’s Top 500 enterprises and large central enterprises. Facing fierce competition, Sanpower Group stood out in time and returned with triumph. The awards were solemnly released in dozens of parallel venues of “China Enterprise Training Conference 2014” (Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, Wuhan, Qingdao, Xiamen, Chongqing). With thousands of corporate training managers present, the result was spread to over 200 thousand enterprises across the nation.
