At the forum, CEO Chen Gang first extended welcome to the visit of General Manager Zheng Lie, and gave an overview of Sanpower Group, the status quo of Funtalk and its team composition. He said that Funtalk will continue to strengthen and specialise in the existing retail channels, and meanwhile promote the drainage of online business to offline business by virtue of the Group's resources. During the meeting, Vice President Liu Xiao introduced Funtalk’s development direction with operators in the new period. Wu Qiang, Assistant Executive of Funtalk, and General Manager of Operation Centre, put forward some expectations in terms of the issues like brand strategic cooperation of the two sides, differentiated products promotion, and terminal suggestions, etc. General Manager Zheng Lie approved of the bilateral in-depth cooperation in differentiated products, hoping that teams of both sides will work closely together to further reinforce the cooperation in launching new products based on the consolidation of the existing cooperation. He said that HTC is willing to work together with Funtalk to lay a solid foundation for deeper bilateral cooperation. Subsequently, the two sides exchanged views over key issues like the sales environment, sales situation, stores, and personnel of communications products market, and conducted in-depth discussions.

Meanwhile, the two sides agreed that Funtalk will sign a strategic agreement with HTC on mobile phone distribution business, and that in the future they will carry out full-depth cooperation in terms of HTC's flagship model (China Telecom version) and the in-depth cooperation of superior products.
