On March 24, Chairman of Sanpower Group Yuan Yafei met Je Yeong PARK, CEO of Korea's KTB Ventures, and Mr Seok Kyun KIM, Chairman of Korea's Ye Medical Group, at the Group's headquarters. The three parties signed a strategic cooperation agreement to carry out in-depth cooperation in terms of funding, technology, brands, etc.

Last October, Sanpower Group signed the letter of intent for cooperation with Korea's quasi-sovereignty investment fund KTB Ventures, and the two have reached basic consensus on jointly setting up a China-Korean Industry Investment Fund. Chairman of Ye Medical Group Seok Kyun KIM said that China's medical market is huge, with Chinese people's demand for health care increasing. Ye has over 70 hospitals that have been focusing on the health-care industry, and its stomatology department ranks the first in Korea. Many well-known artists in Korea are enjoying Ye's medical services. He said that Ye was very willing to ally with Sanpower Group to carry out all-round cooperation in talents, technology, branding, etc., and he looked forward to the soon establishment of the first flagship hospital of the two.
