Co-organised by Sanpower Management Academy, the Annual Learning and Development Conference of Jiangsu Enterprises was held in Sanpower Group on December 3 and attended by intermediate and senior managers from nearly 200 renowned enterprises. The practice cases of enterprises shared by China’s top trainers and Sanpower culture made a profound impression on all attendees.

The attendees visited the Showroom of Sanpower Home, the concept store of Brookstone and the Ageing Service Command Centre of Sanpower Group, where they learned about the transformational development of Sanpower Group’s smart retail business, “Internet + Broad Senior Care” ecological chain and diversified business layout. They were amazed by the rapid development and strategic layout of Sanpower Group.

At the conference, Cui Chunlan, Vice President of Sanpower Management Academy, made an overall introduction to the culture and business development of Sanpower Group and had interactions with the attendees. Some of them were very interested in Sanpower’s cultivation of its talent team and the role of Sanpower culture in the Group’s rapid development. Cui answered all of their questions and helped them get a deeper understanding of Sanpower Group.
