Recently, Li Keqiang, Premier of the State Council, had a meeting with the leaders of the 16 Central and Eastern European countries and took a wonderful picture of the “16+1” family at Suzhou Taihu International Conference Centre. The “16+1” Summit of China and Central and Eastern European Countries will steadily push forward the relationships between China and Central and Eastern European countries and bring new vigour to the “European Season” of China’s diplomacy.

Right after the summit, Sanpower Group arrived in the Eastern European country Slovenia. On December 1 (local time), Yue Lei, Senior Vice President of Sanpower Group, signed the Letter of Intent with Uplaznik Janez, CEO of the Slovenian company Mikropis Holding, in Slovenia’s capital Ljubljana. Both parties will jointly develop the health management solutions integrating multiple disciplines of food, sports, medicine and psychology based on the Internet and Mobile Internet. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Ye Hao, Chinese Ambassador to Slovenia, Drago Napotnik, Slovenian Consul-General in Shanghai, Janko Kos, Mayor of Zalec, the city where Mikropis is situated, Xu Jinhui, Member of the Standing Committee of Nanjing Municipal Party Committee and Director of the United Front Work Department, Jiang Bing, Member of the Standing Committee of Nanjing Yuhuatai District Party Committee and Director of the United Front Work Department, and Zhang Xiaoqi, Chairman and Party Secretary of Nanjing Sports Industry Group.

With the advanced mobile health data algorithm, the main service of Mikropis “24alife” can analyse the huge user data and give feasible health guidance. This technology will have strong supplementary and synergic effects on Sanpower Group which is developing its broad health industry. Up to now, Sanpower’s health industry has covered various fields such as senior care, healthcare, mobile health, stem cell, etc. The Group has had multiple healthcare and senior care service platforms including the homecare service company An Kang Tong, the Israeli telemedicine equipment and solution provider Natali, the health management App More, etc. It’s expected that they will realise a market value of RMB 150 billion and cover 30% of the Chinese population within three years. In cooperation with Mikropis, Sanpower will introduce its advanced big data stream algorithm and create the business mode of “big data, broad health and broad business”.

Slovenia is an important country along “the Belt and Road”. Its Prime Minister Miro Cerar also took part in the 16+1 Summit held in Suzhou. This year, China and Slovenia are vigorously promoting their cooperation in the fields of new energy, high and new technology and environmental protection. It is in this context that Sanpower and Mikropis have become new partners. The Slovenian Consul-General in Shanghai Drago visited Sanpower Group and met Yue Lei for the first time in August, 2015. Since then, both parties have had several meetings and finally achieved the cooperation.

During the visit in Slovenia, Yue Lei together with the Nanjing Delegation led by Xu Jinhui, Member of the Standing Committee of Nanjing Municipal Party Committee and Director of the United Front Work Department, acquired detailed knowledge of the health system and self-checkout system of 24alife and spoke highly of Mikropis’s internationally advanced technologies. Uplaznik Janez, CEO of Mikropis, noted that, “Mikropis’s business scale is restricted by Slovenia’s small population. But China is developing rapidly. I’m quite optimistic about China’s senior-care health market. It’s my honour to enter China through the platform of Sanpower. ” As said by Yue Lei, Sanpower has always adhered to its concept that “what belongs to China also belongs to the world” and unswervingly promote international exchanges and cooperation centred on its existing services. The cooperation between Sanpower and Mikropis is a combination of “the excellent market development ability” and “the strong background computing power”. They will definitely create a world-class grand health ecosystem.
