On January 13, Liu Jingru, Business Director of BDO (BDO International) in Greater China, visited Sanpower Group in the company of Lu Jian, Senior Regional Affairs Official of the UK Consul-General in Shanghai. Yue Lei, Senior Vice President of the Group, received the visitors, accompanied by Huang Yuanhui, Business Director of the Group’s International Financial Management Centre.

As an international accounting firm consisting of firms in various countries, BDO primarily provides multinational clients with accounting audits, tax consultancy and other professional services. The delegation headed up by Liu Jingru began by visiting Sanpower Home, expressing their admiration for the international development strategy and the achievements of the transnational M&A activities of Sanpower Group. Later, the delegation visited the Brookstone concept store and was very optimistic about investments in novelty products.

 

At the following meeting, Yue Lei noted that the logic and value of Sanpower Group’s overseas M&A activities are emerging and expressed that the Group is willing to explore opportunities for cooperation with BDO on the road of international development in the future and fully cooperate and join their respective resources and advantages to bear fruit as soon as possible. Liu Jingru stressed that she has paid close attention to the development of Sanpower Group abroad, especially in the UK, hoping to further deepen mutual communication and understand the strategic intentions of Sanpower Group. She yearned for a chance to find converging points for cooperation as well.
