In 2015, Sanpower Group continued fast development, engaging in building the “international Sanpower”, “Sanpower in turnaround” and “Sanpower for public service” at the same time, ready to bloom in “Broad Consumption, Broad Health and Broad Finance”. The fast development of Sanpower is attributed to the teams and employees with great professional knowledge and serious working attitude, who have worked hard to advance our various causes. On January 27, Sanpower Group held the 2015 Awarding Meeting for Excellent Members at Sanpower Group Headquarters, awarding 30 excellent employees and teams at the headquarters. The Group’s President Yang Huaizhen, Vice President Nie Lei, Assistant President Cui Chunlan, Assistant President Lu Haibo, and Deputy Director Lai Hong of the Chairman Assistant Office attended the meeting and presented awards to the excellent employees and teams. Sanpower Group will also convene the Annual Awarding Meeting for Excellent Members of Sanpower Group on January 29, awarding excellent employees and teams from all platforms of the entire Group.

Selection of the excellent members at Sanpower Group headquarters for 2015 was conducted by the Group’s Human Resource Management Centre and Sanpower Management Academy. After the selection of a month, through the procedures including submission by departments, qualification review by the Group’s Human Resource Department, discussion and examination by the Excellent Members Selection Committee and so on,  we have selected winners for the awards including three “Excellent Team Awards”, 10 “Excellent Management Awards”, 18 “Excellent Staff Awards”, seven “Excellent Freshman Awards” and a “Pearl Award”, of which nine employees and teams have been recommended to the Group. According to Lu Haibo, though the Group has been growing bigger and bigger, the criteria for selecting excellent members this year have also been upgraded. While the awards have become less in number that last year, they have become more and more important.

 

 

Then, Nie Lei read out the winners list. The leaders presented awards to the laureates. President Yang Huaizhen particularly put the silver company emblems of Sanpower Group on three established employees who had joined the Group more than 10 years ago. Huo Pengfei, winner of “Excellent New Employee Award” gave a speech on behalf of new employees. He used the words “thanks”, “down-to-earth” and “hard-working” to describe his feelings after joining Sanpower. Assistant President Hua Guikan, winner of “Excellent Management Award” gave a speech on behalf of the management. He talked about what he felt as an established employee and executive, and noted that he would continue to make progress in accordance with the requirements for “New Sanpower people”, striving to build Sanpower a great national enterprise.

In the end, President Yang Huaizhen congratulated the award-winning employees and teams on behalf of the Presidents’ Office, expressed her gratitude for their hard work and congratulated them on their achievements. She said now that the glorious 2015 had past, she hoped the staff could set off on a new journey and do better in 2016, making more progress, growing together with Sanpower Group, and creating glory once again.
