Leaders from Ningbo Federation of Industry and Commerce visit Sanpower Group and exchange ideas on building corporate culture

On 31 May, He Jianping, Vice Chairman of Ningbo Federation of Industry and Commerce led a team to Nanjing for a survey of private enterprises’ endeavours to build their corporate culture. The team, accompanied by Zheng Dewei, who is a member and Vice Chairman of Nanjing Federation of Industry and Commerce, paid a visit to Sanpower Group, a “Good Example of Corporate Culture Building for Nanjing Private Enterprises”, sharing ideas and experience. Hua Guikan, the Group’s Assistant President and Director of Culture and Brand Management Centre received the guests.
Hua Guikan showed He Jianping and his companions around Sanpower Home, which is the showroom of Sanpower’s corporate culture, Brookstone’s concept store and Senior-Care Service Command Centre, introducing them to the history and business scope planning of Sanpower Group. The Group has always been considering its corporate culture to be the power to unite and inspire for sustainable development, attaching great importance to building and implementing the corporate culture. Through the Party Union, causes for public interest, philanthropy and the Eight Ones Project concerning corporate culture, the Group has integrated its corporate culture into the entire organization, regulations and work procedures, making it take root in the entire staff’s mind.
Over the 23 years since its founding, Sanpower Group’s business has been growing continuously and its corporate culture has been being enriched. In 2011, according to what the Group needs to grow, Chairman Yuan Yafei added the core values of Sanpower, “positivity, introspection, balance”, to the existing moral principle featuring “kindness, reasonability, insight”. The 12-character motto added is not only a doctrine Sanpower’s staff keep in mind, but what ensures and supports Sanpower’s transformation into a world-class sustainable enterprise with Chinese characteristics.
He Jianping said that Sanpower Group has an explicit plan for building the corporate culture, implements the culture firmly and has gained remarkable achievements, which serves to be great reference and a good example for other Ningbo private enterprises to build their corporate culture.
