On 14 February, Yan Yixin, member of the standing committee of NPC, Vice Chairman of the NPC Education, Science, Culture and Public Health Committee and Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party led a team to learn about the Sanpower Group’s overseas talent base. The guests were received by the Chairman of Sanpower Group, Yuan Yafei and the Group’s Assistant President Hua Guikan.

The guests visited the Sanpower Corporate Culture Showroom, the Brookstone concept store and High-level Overseas Talent Service Station. Yuan Yafei introduced to the guests Sanpower Group’s businesses in three main sectors, namely Broad Consumption, Broad Health and Broad Finance. He also highlighted the Group’s talent development strategy and related initiatives for attracting high-level overseas talent. He said, “In recent years, Sanpower is developing rapidly internationally. Its implementation M&A business requires overseas talent. At present, 40,000 of the 100,000 global employees in Sanpower Group are overseas employees and the Group headquarters also employs many global talents. These talents have played an important role at Sanpower and we hope more high-level overseas talents will join us.”

During the discussion, Jiangsu Provincial Committee and Nanjing Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party reported to Yan Yixin on their work. Chen Xuan, the full-time deputy chairperson of the Nanjing Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party introduced details on the High-level Overseas Talent Service Station co-founded by the Nanjing Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party and Sanpower Group. She said, “We must place importance on cultivating and introducing overseas talent and truly attract, settle and employ talent. Only by attracting high-level talent can we provide the human resources support required for regional economic development.”
