On the 25^th of April, Peter Phillips, a member of the British royal family was invited to participate in the “Extraordinary British Culture Week” hosted by Hirealty. Yuan Yafei, Chairman of Sanpower Group and Ling Xiang, President of Hirealty warmly received him.They had a cordial discussion on China-UK corporate cooperation, the development and transformation of the real estate sector among other topics.

Peter Phillips visited the Corporate Culture Showroom of Sanpower Home, Brookstone Concept Store and Senior Care Command Centre and learned about the Group’s course of development as well as its strategic layout. He was amazed at the its rapid growth and how forward-looking it is.

Ling Xiang said Hirealty would reinvent itself across the board in 2017, including incorporating “three new” industrial resources from the Group and shifting from traditional real estate and residential real estate to smart real estate and industrial real estate. It will focus on five sectors, i.e medical treatment, health, cultural tourism, commerce and real estate, aiming to create synergy between them and Sanpower’s other strategic resources.
