A Member of the British Royal Family Visited Hirealty of Sanpower Group during Extraordinary British Culture Week, Promoting China-UK Exchanges

On the 25th of April, Peter Phillips, a member of the British royal family was invited to participate in the “Extraordinary British Culture Week” hosted by Hirealty. Yuan Yafei, Chairman of Sanpower Group and Ling Xiang, President of Hirealty warmly received him.They had a cordial discussion on China-UK corporate cooperation, the development and transformation of the real estate sector among other topics.
Peter Phillips visited the Corporate Culture Showroom of Sanpower Home, Brookstone Concept Store and Senior Care Command Centre and learned about the Group’s course of development as well as its strategic layout. He was amazed at the its rapid growth and how forward-looking it is.
On the same day, Hirealty held a press conference at the conference room on foreign affairs at the Sanpower headquarter where about 60 media outlets from within and outside Jiangsu Province conducted exclusive interviews with Peter Phillips and Ling Xiang. Ling Xiang said Sanpower Group and Hirealty work closely with the UK and the British royal family. In the field of public welfare culture, Sanpower Group and the British royal family have jointly set up public welfare funds devoted to protecting wildlife. In terms of industrial cooperation, the quint essentially British department store House of Fraser and the famous British toy store Hamleys acquired by the Group as well as its affiliates and strategic partners have opened outlets at the Sanpower International Plaza in XinJiekou. More British brands will open stores at Xuzhou Sanpower International Plaza and Liuzhou Sanpower International Plaza,providing a wide variety of British style, trendy and truly global experiences for Chinese consumers. Peter Phillips’s visit to Nanjing will further strengthen the interaction and exchanges between Sanpower Group, Hirealty, and the British royal family, which would further facilitate cooperation between Chinese and British enterprises in the fields of commerce, culture and public welfare among others.
Ling Xiang said Hirealty would reinvent itself across the board in 2017, including incorporating “three new” industrial resources from the Group and shifting from traditional real estate and residential real estate to smart real estate and industrial real estate. It will focus on five sectors, i.e medical treatment, health, cultural tourism, commerce and real estate, aiming to create synergy between them and Sanpower’s other strategic resources. It will strive to become an industrial real estate developer as well as a service provider and operator that is competitive nationwide.
After the Press Conference, Yuan Yafei, Chairman of Sanpower Group, warmly welcomed Peter Phillips and had a cordial meeting with him. They conducted in-depth discussions on China-UK corporate cooperation and cultural exchanges.
According to persons close to the matter, Peter Phillips will give the award of British Property Steward Model Community-- the first of its kind in Nanjing-- to the Luxurious Brocade Project of Hirealty in person and cut the ribbon for the “VIP Member Club” Project at Sanpower International Plaza in Xuzhou during the Extraordinary British Culture Week.
