On June 23, Jinru Chairmen Class delegation from Shanghai Jiao Tong University Education Group visited Sanpower Group. President of Sanpower Group Yang Huaizhen , accompanied by Assistant President of Sanpower Group Hua Guikan , received the delegation.

More than 50 entrepreneurs from all over China visited the Sanpower Family, Brookstone Concept Store and Aging Service Command Center of the Group. Huai Guikan offered detailed description of the development and strategic industrial layout of Sanpower Group, in particular overseas M&A activities in the past few years, winning the praise from visitors. 

The Jinru Chairmen Class in Shanghai Jiao Tong University Education Group gathers nearly 100 entrepreneurs from Yanghe Group and Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group, etc. Their total assets has exceeded 100 billion RMB Yuan. Through regular visits and the study of advanced corporate management model, the Jinru Chairmen Class has achieved the goal of exploring domestic market and quickly developing overseas markets. 

In the subsequent workshop, Yang Huaizhen answered questions raised by visitors and introduced experience accumulated by Sanpower Group in business expansion and HR management when it makes international development. She said that Sanpower Group acted early in consumption and healthcare industries and found out that there is a great difference between “realize” and “fulfill” in the execution process. As a result, Sanpower Group has actively involved in introducing the mature business models, operating models and advanced technologies of overseas enterprises to the domestic market in China and enables Chinese enterprises to catch up and even surpass their overseas counterparts. Meanwhile, she also shared Group’s management practice in its process of going international. When an enterprise is making rapid growth, many talents are needed to fulfill tasks that compatible with their abilities. Leaders need to fully respect and make good use of their employees.
