Telemedicine Project Agreement Signed Between Natali and Second Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University

On September 13, the Second Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University and Natali signed a strategic cooperation agreement of tele-electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring and health management combining medical and health services and elderly care services. Wang Yonghong, Director of Health and Family Planning Commission of Jiangsu Province, Wang Changqing, Secretary of the Party Committee at Nanjing Medical University, Cai Shuanggen, Vice Mayor of Gulou District and Ji Guozhong, Superintendent of Second Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University attended the ceremony.

Both parties will collaborate to build a
new integrated health management combining real-time tele-electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring at home, online health management
consulting as well as convenient offline access to medical diagnosis, treatment
and rehabilitation instruction, in a view to comprehensively decrease the incidence and mortality
rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases of users, and further
improve the health awareness and quality of life of citizens.

The Second Hospital Affiliated to
Nanjing Medical University is an upper first-class hospital directly
subordinate to Health and Family Planning Commission of Jiangsu Province with
12 provincial key clinical specialties. According to the framework agreement of
strategic cooperation, Natali will introduce tele-electrocardiogram (ECG) services to users of Second Hospital
Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University, and the latter will leverage its
advantages in trauma emergency center, chest pain center, rehabilitation
department and geriatric medicine, etc. and expertise of several general
medical practitioners, to help Natali enhance its integrated medical and health
services and elderly care services as well as health management services in
Chinese communities.

This cooperation can not only provide
convenient and efficient telemedicine services and professional medical, health
and elderly care services to users and ease the pressure on hospitals, but also
further expand its pool of professional doctors and platform resources of
hospitals, which will effectively boost the implementation of the project.
Users can access professional ECG services without
having to go to the hospital: they will just need to wear a Natali ECG “big
glove”, and a professional 12-lead ECG can be produced in a minute. The ECG
data and monitoring result can be directly sent to the cloud database. Natali
ECG doctors will monitor the data and work on users’ health management around
the clock, and hold group consultation on difficult and complicated diseases
with experts from the hospital.
