Sanpower attends 1st Economic and Trade Exchange Conference between Jiangsu and U.S. Representative Offices in China

On September 25, the 1st Economic and Trade Exchange Conference between Jiangsu and U.S. Representative Offices in China, hosted by the Department of Commerce of Jiangsu Province (JSDC), was held in Nanjing, with the participation of more than 50 enterprises in Jiangsu. Ma Minglong, Director-General of JSDC and Sean B. Stein, newly-appointed U.S. Consul General in Shanghai attended and addressed the conference. Jing Tian, Vice President of Sanpower Group (Sanpower) was present and delivered a speech.
Ma warmly welcomed the attendees. Jiangsu and the U.S. have maintained close economic and trade relations, said him, expecting that the conference would build a platform for Jiangsu's enterprises and U.S. representative offices in China to make face-to-face communication and establish relations, thereby promoting bilateral economic and trade cooperation.
Stein shared his feel after visiting Sanpower in the morning, mentioning Sanpower's investment projects in the U.S. Sanpower's business operations in the U.S. are meaningful, said him, noting that its successful mode is a model for the mutually-beneficial development of China-U.S. trade and investment, and an example for Chinese enterprises' investment in the U.S.
In the ensuing speech, Jing elaborated on the strategic consideration and management logic of Sanpower's business operations in the U.S. A single flower does not make a spring, said him, looking forward to better China-U.S. relations.
