Youth Delegation of Brunei Visits Sanpower Group

On May 7th, the youth delegation of Brunei visited Sanpower Group to learn about Chinese enterprises. Mark Louren, general manager of the International Brand and Affairs Management Center, and Xu Yuan, general manager of the Strategic Brand Operation and Management Center of the Cultural Industry Group met with the guests.
Brunei is reportedly the second richest country in Southeast Asia, next only to Singapore. According to statistics from the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Brunei's GDP per capita in 2017 was USD 29,712, ranking the 28th in the world. The head of the delegation, Hafizah, official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Brunei, stated that Brunei is committed to diversified economic development and there is great potential for cooperation between China and Brunei in economic and trade. China has become Brunei’s second largest source of foreign tourists. In addition, China’s cooperation with Brunei in humanities and investment has been growing.
The delegation visited Sanppower’s head office, Sanppower exhibition hall, Brookstone demonstration center and the Aging Service Command Center. The guests were visibly impressed with Sanpower and the vitality of business in China. During the visit, the delegates expressed their appreciation for Sanpower Group's retail business and product line, and expressed strong interest in the Sanpower Group's retail e-commerce business and prospect for cooperation in Southeast Asia.
