Sanpower Group successfully registers Madrid international trademarks

Sanpower Group has made remarkable achievements in implementing the strategy of brand internationalisation. Since last year, the Group and its subsidiaries have filed registration applications in the Madrid International Trademark System in nearly 20 countries, such as the United States, Germany, France, Singapore, etc. Recently, the trademarks of “三胞” and “SANPOWER” have been successfully certified and approved to be registered in these countries.
With the advancement of Sanpower Group’s cross-border development, promoting its own brands and enhancing the international competitiveness of its export commodities have weighed more in the Group’s implementation of “going global” strategy. Responding positively to the call of the “internationalisation of national brands”, Sanpower Group not only invites professional institutions to introduce related knowledge training to raise the awareness of overseas brand protection, but also prudently sorts out and plans the brands of the Group and its subsidiaries. In early 2014, it vigorously carried out the registration in the Madrid International Trademark System, with a view to protecting its own trademarks when expanding the global markets. Before tapping the products or projects into the foreign markets, the registration of international trademarks can avoid the trademarks' being registered pre-emptively in foreign countries as well as the risk of trademark litigation, but also increase brand awareness in the international market and strengthen the exchanges and cooperation with World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
Later, Sanpower Group will continue to actively cultivate its own brands, enhance corporate competitiveness abroad, so as to lift the global visibility and influence of its core brands.
