May 29, 2015 - Sanpower Group Co., Ltd. holding Sanpower International Healthcare Management Co., Ltd. officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Korea's Medipartner Co. in Seoul, Korea. The two sides will collaborate to promote high-end dental care and beauty businesses in China. The signing ceremony was attended by the Chairman of the Sanpower Group Yuan Yafei, CEO of Medipartner Co. Kim Seok Kyun, and Vice President Tian Youzhong of the Sanpower Group and CEO of the Healthcare Department.

The healthcare industry is one of the five major sectors of the Sanpower Group, and recent years have seen the Sanpower Group enter into strategic cooperation with Jiangsu Province Hospital, investment in the Xuzhou Third People's Hospital, partnership with the Hitachi Group to co-develop particle therapy cancer treatment centres with a view to building a professional healthcare industry system covering healthcare industry investment, the management of medical institutions, talent cultivation for medical and health services and so on. Chairman Yuan Yafei noted that China's medical market is enormous, with the citizens' demand for healthcare constantly increasing. Given that Medipartner Co. has always been focused on the healthcare industry, it fits well with the Sanpower Group's development vision. The two sides will draw on their respective strengths to carry out comprehensive cooperation in talent, technology, management, branding etc. The co-construction of a dental care & beauty hospital, the first project to be undertaken by this cooperation, is already well under way.
