On November 24, 2014, Sanpower Group and Infosys, leader in the field of next-generation services in India, signed strategic cooperation agreement in Nanjing. The agreement will allow the two sides to carry out better cooperation in planning, consulting and communications on information technology, software outsourcing developing services, other business management consulting, project construction and operation and maintenance services, etc., so as to lay a solid foundation for the two sides’ information construction in the years to come.

On the day of the news conference, Ma Tianjun, Senior Vice President of Sanpower Group; Zhao Dexu, Executive Vice President; Hong Jianshan, Executive Vice President; Li Guoqi, Executive Vice President; CEO of Infosys China Rangarajan VR; and COO Mike Liu were on the scene and attended the signing ceremony.

During 20 years of development, Sanpower Group has established itself as a large modern conglomerate characterised by informatisation and focusing on modern service industry. It combines five large sectors into one including Finance & Investment, Retail & Trading, Information Services, Medical & Health Care, and Real Estate. The cooperation will provide services for Sanpower’s current and future information construction in each sector, so as to help both companies develop and prosper. The strategic agreement is bound to encourage the two sides to carry out extensive and in-depth exchanges and cooperation in other fields where they share common interests inside and outside the companies, and rapidly advance the completion of the business information construction model that has Sanpower Group characteristics as well as conforms to the long-term healthy development of the Group.
