On November 26, 2014, the 18th Beijing-Hong Kong Economic Cooperation Fair and Beijing’s Major Projects Launch Event were held in Beijing. Cooperation agreements were signed on 21 major projects in Beijing, and Sanpower (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and Beijing Shunyi District government signed Sanpower Group Beijing strategy headquarters investment agreement, with Senior Vice President of Sanpower Group Liu Zhenhua, Vice President Zou Yan, and Executive Vice President Jin Rui attending the signing ceremony.

Focusing on the theme of “elements interoperability, two-way investment, sharing the opportunities, co-creating prosperity”, the Beijing-Hong Kong Fair has established four sections, including scientific and technological innovation, cultural innovation, headquarters economy, and modern service industries, and will enhance Beijing and Hong Kong’s urban management cooperation in food safety , health care, “urban disease” disposal, etc. A total of 21 projects were signed at the meeting, with the signing amount reaching $ 7.18 billion, equivalent to RMB 43.8 billion.

In recent years, Beijing has been painstakingly attracting Hong Kong to set up corporate headquarters in Beijing. At the signing site, Sanpower (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and Shunyi District signed a strategic cooperation agreement, which planned to invest 6 billion yuan in the construction of Sanpower Group Beijing strategy headquarters base in Shunyi District, including: Sanpower Group strategy headquarters and northern settlement centre, financial headquarters, cultural headquarters, e-commerce headquarters, healthcare northern headquarters, Hisap northern headquarters, 3C trading centre, high-end physical check-up centre. This strategic layout will help accelerate the development of Sanpower Group, and tap it into the World’s Top 500 list as soon as possible.
