On November 30, 2014, Zhou Jiang, Chairman and CEO of Jiangsu Fasten Group (CFG) visited Sanpower Group with a delegation of more than 120 people, CEO of Sanpower Group Yang Huaizhen and Vice President Yue Lei received the delegation.

The guests visited the headquarters building and the showroom of Sanpower Home, Vice President Yue Lei vividly recounted to visiting guests the 20 years’ history of Sanpower Group, the Group’s current five industry sectors, as well as the fruitful cross-border M&A results reaped by the Group in the past two years.

Afterwards, the two sides held a cordial exchange in the multi-purpose hall and Vice President Yue Lei presided over the forum.

CEO Yang Huaizhen extended her warm welcome to the arrival of CFG’s leaders and colleagues. She also delivered a comprehensive and lively report around the Group’s retail, manufacturing, new industries and conglomerates culture, as well as Party building. Yang said that CFG and Sanpower have overlaps in the fields of business and industry, and their entrepreneurial spirit is also very similar. She believed that the mutual exchange and learning between CFG and Sanpower will play a very active role in the development of both sides and future cooperation.

CFG Chairman Zhou Jiang said that through Vice President Yue Lei’s vivid explanations in Sanpower Home, as well as CEO Yang’s comprehensive and exhaustive presentation in the forum, he was deeply impressed by and expressed his heartfelt admiration for the twenty years’ development and achievements of Sanpower Group. Chairman Zhou Jiang also said that this visit to Sanpower was very meaningful and instructive. The CFG colleagues present here should bring the valuable experience back for further learning.

At the forum, Vice President Yue Lei pointed out that CFG’s communist winter trainings had been held in the seventh year, but for Sanpower, this was the first time to participate in the exchange of Party building in such a way. Chairman Zhou Jiang’s remarks were pragmatic, rational, and enlightening, motivating us to re-examine and reflect on ourselves. The exchange was, therefore, of great significance to Sanpower.
