On December 11, 2014, Sanpower Group and Hitachi Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement that allows the two sides to carry out cooperation in relevant programs in healthcare field. Vice President of Hitachi Group Koji Tanaka, Chairman of Sanpower Group Yuan Yafei, Group CEO Yang Huaizhen jointly attended the signing ceremony. Director of Jiangsu Overseas Chinese Affairs Office Wang Hua, Director of Jiangsu Province Hospital Wang Hong, Deputy General Manager of Hitachi (China) Co., Ltd. Long Jian, and  Executive Vice President of Sanpower Group Tian Youzhong also attended the signing ceremony.

Accompanied by Executive Vice President of Sanpower Group Tian Youzhong, Koji Tanaka and his entourage first visited the Showroom of Sanpower Home, feeling the rapid growth and achievements made by Sanpower Group. During the talks before the signing, Koji Tanaka introduced Hitachi Group's business areas, particularly the advanced technology and related products in the healthcare field. He hoped to take the first step of successful cooperation with Sanpower Group through the two sides' talks and agreement.

Group President Yang Huaizhen extended her warm welcome to Tanaka and his entourage. She said that the healthcare industry is a field which Sanpower Group has just set foot in but would like to develop vigorously. She hoped to reached a very good cooperation through more learning about and more contact with Hitachi Group.  The two sides also carried out an in-depth exchange of views on a number of topics of interest.
