On December 12, 2014, Serge le Faucheur, Consultant of French Orpea Group–Europe’s second largest aged care business, and Chairman and CEO of French Idprojects, visited Sanpower Group with an entourage of six members. Vice President of Sanpower Group Yue Lei met Faucheur and his entourage, and discussed the cooperation on health and aged care matters. Executive Vice President of Sanpower Group Jin Rui and Director of Foreign Management Centre Li Yuchao received the guests.

Accompanied by Executive Vice President Jin Rui, Faucheur and his entourage visited the Showroom of Sanpower Home, and learned about the entrepreneurial journey of the Group, its five industrial sectors, and particularly its industrial distribution and resource advantages in health and aged care industries.

In the ensuing discussion, the two sides carried out in-depth exchanges concerning Orpea's development planning in China's aged care field and cooperation intention in the field. Faucheur introduced the corporate situation of Orpea. As the second largest aged care group in Europe, Orpea is fully optimistic about China's aged care market, and has chosen Nanjing as the first batch of cities in China for business expansion. It hopes to join hands with Sanpower Group to jointly open up health and aged care market.

Vice President Yue Lei said that this year is the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France. 50 years ago Chairman Mao and General Charles de Gaulle pushed the two great countries to achieve handshake with excellent strategic vision and extraordinary political courage. Today, the increasingly close exchanges have created a favourable environment for cooperation between the enterprises from the two countries. Sanpower Group, which is currently in the three superimposed phases of international development, vigorous promotion of aged care industry, as well as industrial restructuring, is pretty willing to establish friendly and cooperative relations with Orpea, make full use of the two sides' advantages and contribute to cooperation on the basis of mutual trust, thereby making Sanpower’s aged care industry bigger and stronger.
